AALIYAH STANARD
Aaliyah Stannard has been my lead dancer and professional assistant for 3 years now, travelling around Australia as well as to Singapore, United Kingdom and Europe with me. Her passion for choreography and ability to learn at high speed sets her apart from other professional dancers and I’m honoured to have her on my team.
MADDISON CLAY
Maddison Clay is a NYC-based dancer, teacher, and choreographer who has been assisting me in the United States for 7+ years. I was first drawn to Maddison’s movement quality and her ability to tell a story while on stage. Maddison has assisted me on more than 100 separate occasions throughout the United States and Canada.

JUDGING
Shannon is a distinguished judge with extensive experience across all styles of Dance. Shannon has judged all around the world at competitions including Australian Dance Festival, MOVE IT UK, Get The Beat Singapore, Showcase National Dance Championships, Shake The Ground, Victorian Dance Festival and more.
MENTORING
Shannon holds more than 30 years of knowledge when it comes to navigating the Industry. Some common one-on-one mentoring topics Shannon covers include US Visa Advice, Relocating Countries, Dance Opportunities Abroad, Owning and Running a Dance Studio and Competition Judging Etiquette.
CHOREOGRAPHY
Shannon is a highly sought after choreographer across large groups, small groups and solos. Her choreography credits include the opening number for New York Fashion Week 2023, the opening number at multiple dance convention showcases, plus hundreds of award winning solo and group routines.
CRITIQUES
Shannon is available to provide in depth feedback on your performance routines to help you take your solos to the next level. Critiques are delivered via voice memo.
